I recommend Method by Kat to any female who wants a
feminine, strong and sexy body. I wanted to try the workouts because it seemed
unique and I liked the idea of a new method. When I started Method by Kat I
reached goals that I did not reach with any program or training before. Before
I had weak arms and shoulders but after this training now I am able to even do
full-body push ups.
I see many changes my posture. And the cellulite, love
handles and bra fat rolls that I had before are now gone. Now I have a toned
booty that looks great!

I can’t thank you enough Kat for bringing this workout into
my life, it’s on a different level mentally and physically. If one day passes
without Method by Kat I’m not myself - it’s part of me. When I work out
it puts me in this good place and gets me going for my day. You have changed

Different than any other workout
I've done, it’s quite addictive.
There is so much that I love about Method by Kat. To
start, the workouts are fun! Each session is different, I never get bored.
Method by Kat challenges your core and balances your mind as well. You really
need to be fully present to ensure that you are doing the movements correctly
and I love that. And the results! In a short period of time (only three months), I've experienced not only positive changes in my physical appearance but also in my range of motion. I have tight hips and the difference in my range from when I first started to now is really noticeable.
My comeback was Method by Kat and
it was the best decision I ever made.
In 2018 I was extremely fit and healthy, however after a
difficult pregnancy I developed hyperthyroid so was unable to workout for a
full year after. Everyone wants quick results when it comes to fitness and
everyone wants to see improvement in form, flexibility, posture, fitness and
aesthetics to stay motivated. Method by Kat delivered on all of those in
just 4 weeks. I still have a long way to go but the difference it has made to
my body and the way I feel keeps me motivated and pushes me to work harder each
time. The mind-muscle connection required in the workouts helps me disconnect
and focus on the moment, which is something everyone needs to be able to do. I
do not leave a workout feeling broken or too tired to continue my day. I feel
extremely energized and that is something I absolutely love. Method by Kat
challenges me in ways that are very different to anything I have experienced
before, working muscles I never even knew existed.
My advice for new comers to the Method by Kat
community is don't be intimidated if you think you cannot keep up from the
first class or two and if you think you are not flexible enough to carry out
the moves. Don't give up. I was the same at first and realized that the whole
point is for you to keep practicing and the improvement will come much sooner
than you think. The beauty of Method by Kat is that results are
extremely noticeable after just a few sessions.
I love that Method by Kat is
focused on the female body with strength and flexibility included.
I’ve been working out for many years so I’m trying to
maintain a good fitness level and stay healthy. My advice is to be patient when
starting Method by Kat. It can be tough in the beginning but you’ll
really appreciate it once you start to see progress in your flexibility and
strength.
