MBK STRONG is a higher caloric meal plan, its designed to support building of lean muscle mass. Each day provides approximately 1800 – 2100 calories and over 100 grams of protein through simple, whole food meals. Nutrients in this meal plan promote muscle growth by fuelling your cells, reducing exercise induced inflammation and enhancing recovery. Recipes are fun and delicious, helping to prevent boredom.

MBK STRONG has been designed to complement your MBK workouts, help increase your energy level, promote hormonal balance and assist in building muscle tone. If you are looking to increase muscle tone to complement your new nutrition plan, I recommend you also focus on MBK strength sequences like BEAM, MBK WMN and ELEVATE. Combining the right nutrition with the right movement for optimal aesthetic changes.

As this meal plan is a higher caloric range its recommended for 10–12-week period with a transition to MBK SCULPT as your lifestyle maintenance program.
