Method By Kat is designed for ALL fitness levels - from beginners to those who have a very high level of fitness. Method By Kat is designed for you to take each workout at your own pace. The goal is to progress to reach the tempo of the class as well as achieve your own milestones along the way as you begin to feel improvement in your movements.
Equipment required is a mat, hand weights (recommended weight is 2kgs) and ankle weights (recommended weight 1kg). These are only recommendations, please use the weight you’re most comfortable with.
We recommend open goal or functional training.
