Evolve Power is an 8-week guided fitness program, this program’s goal isn’t only to make aesthetic changes but to make life long sustainable habits.

In this program you will learn how to move your body to feel good, build strength, sculpt, and tone and to reach goals that are maintainable.

The program consists of 3 workouts per week that are designed to strengthen, sculpt, and define your body using functional training elements with our ever so choreographed directional movements.

Each woman has different needs, wants and desires when it comes to fitness, hence the beauty around the POWER program. The ease and flexibility of program gives you the structure, its designed to challenge you no matter your fitness level. The best part of our program is you have the ability to train in your own time and space.

Movement is so much more then moving your body; it’s about creating trust and believing that you can make changes. This program is Fitness based only, with the MBK website having complimentary meal plans to suit your needs and enhance your fitness journey.
