Summer is an 8 week structured program. The program consists of 3 workouts per week that are designed to strengthen, sculpt and define your body.

If you have tried to tone, reshape, transform or shift weight in the past without success, then this program is for you.

This program will shift all your current ideas about movement and training your body. The program is designed to promote positive mindset around personal and realistic goals.

Movement is so much more then moving your body, it’s about creating trust and believing that you can make changes.

This program is Fitness based only, with the MBK website having complimentary meal plans to suit your needs and enhance your fitness journey.
