MBK STRONG is a higher caloric meal plan, its designed to support building of lean muscle mass. Each day provides approximately 1800 – 2100 calories and over 100 grams of protein through simple, whole food meals. Nutrients in this meal plan promote muscle growth by fueling your cells, reducing exercise induced inflammation and enhancing recovery. Recipes are fun and delicious, helping to prevent boredom.
MBK STRONG meals can be easily modified to fit within individual macronutrient targets. If more calories are required, you can modify recipes and/or add side dishes with any meal.
