ABOUT KAT
I love waking up each
morning to the opportunity to motivate and train a wonderful community of
incredible women, and to have fun in the process!
My passion is
fitness, my motivation is my kids, and my key is consistency.
I have been blessed
with six amazing children, so health and longevity are my main goals to ensure
that I can be there for my kids as much as possible. Spending time doing
something that they enjoy and seeing the joy on their face is my greatest joy -
epic family boardgame sessions are our favourite!
If I’m not with my
kids I’m on the mat filming, going live, or creating new sequences. If I’m not
on the mat I’m flicking through the many cookbooks I’ve collected from around
the globe. Having grown up in a real-life big fat Greek family (where a passion
for food is mandatory), and having lived in different parts of the word, I am
on an endless search to tweak my favourite recipes, and to find new and smarter
ways of cooking that will reduce prep time but still produce nutrient-dense
meals for my whole family.
One of my favourite
words is consistency. Parenting, fitness, diet, work - anything we do in life
needs consistency to make positive change.
And of course it
helps to have support along the way to achieve our goals and to stay motivated!
I am truly grateful and blessed to have a wonderful partner in work and in
life, my husband Kareem, who works so hard behind-the-scenes to make Method
by Kat happen. His incredible support, dedication and belief in the
potential of Method by Kat keeps me motivated and inspired to encourage
women across the globe to reach their own goals.
My wish is to share
my appreciation, passion and dedication towards fitness and health with you and
your families so we can all make the most of our bodies and capabilities, and
ultimately become the best version of ourselves!

THE JOURNEY
How can I improve my
fitness and become stronger, yet still feel and look feminine…?
My journey towards
developing Method By Kat has been a long and exciting path of discovery
in search for the answer to this question. From the time I enrolled in a degree
in Exercise Sports Science I’ve been driven by curiosity and awe of the human
body and how it moves. My understanding of fitness and movement has since been
influenced by many years of experience in conventional training,
rehabilitation, and dance. During this time I was searching for a formula that
really works. Most importantly, a formula that really works for women.
I became intrigued by
the incredible potential of how purpose-driven movement can enhance our lives
and well-being. Just as we train our minds to learn new subjects at school, new
languages, new jobs, how to drive, we also need to train our minds and muscles
to develop correct movements that will benefit us during workouts as well as
during our daily routines.
With a strong
foundation in science as well as an appreciation of aesthetics, I began
progressively working on a method that would appeal to women and produce great
results. This aligned perfectly with my passion towards empowering women and
guiding them towards a strong sense of self-achievement.
With proven results
since its inception in 2014, Method By Kat workouts have already led
many women from across the globe to feel stronger, healthier and more
empowered. I welcome you to our community as you start or continue your own
fitness journey.
