Different than any other workout I've done, it’s quite addictive.
There is so much that I love about Method by Kat.To start, the workouts are fun! Each session is different, I never get bored. Method by Kat challenges your core and balances your mind as well. You really need to be fully present to ensure that you are doing the movements correctly and I love that.

My comeback was Method by Kat and it was the best decision I ever made.
My advice for new comers to the Method by Kat community is don't be intimidated if you think you cannot keep up from the first class or two and if you think you are not flexible enough to carry out the moves. Don't give up. I was the same at first and realized that the whole point is for you to keep practicing and the improvement will come much sooner than you think.

I’ve been working out for many years so I’m trying to maintain a good fitness level and stay healthy. My advice is to be patient when starting Method by Kat. It can be tough in the beginning but you’ll really appreciate it once you start to see progress in your flexibility and strength.
